These terms govern the use of ExhalePLR and the membership sold through it. By buying a membership or signing in you accept them.

What a membership gives you
An active membership grants access to the digital library described on the plan you bought, for as long as the membership is paid and active. Access is personal. Do not share your login, and do not give others access to the download links issued to you.
A membership is access to the library. It does not widen the licence attached to any individual product — see the License Guide.
Plans, payment and renewal
Exhale Start costs USD 9 as a one-time purchase. One year of library access is an optional USD 29 add-on, making the bundle USD 38 in total, for the first year, then USD 29 each year for the library until cancelled. Start remains a one-time purchase. The earlier monthly, annual and lifetime membership offers are no longer offered to new buyers here. Existing purchases and subscriptions keep their original contractual terms; manage any existing subscription from your account. The final total is shown before payment. Stripe processes payment; we never see or store your card details.
One year of library access can also be purchased separately for USD 29 as an annual subscription that renews at USD 29 each year until cancelled. A renewal reminder is sent seven days ahead.
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Cancel at any time from your account — access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. The lifetime plan is a single payment and does not renew.
Right of withdrawal and immediate access
The membership combines immediate access to digital content with ongoing access to the library. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content is lost when delivery begins. A download shows that delivery has begun, but a download alone does not replace the required prior consent. Any mandatory rights that apply to an ongoing digital service remain unaffected. What you may not do
Do not circumvent access controls, scrape the service, resell or redistribute files beyond the licence supplied with them, share credentials or download links, or interfere with the operation of the platform. We may suspend or end a membership that does any of this, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Products may be added or withdrawn from the library over time. Material changes to these terms or to plan pricing are notified by e-mail before they take effect; continued use afterwards is acceptance.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under Swedish law.
Governing law
Swedish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. These terms do not restrict your right to use a competent court under mandatory rules, including in your home country where those rules apply. You may also refer a dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
