Exhale Start and the annual add-on
Exhale Start costs 9 USD once. One year of library access is an optional 29 USD add-on, 38 USD in the first year, then the library renews at 29 USD each year until cancelled. Start is paid once. Withdrawal rights for Start's digital content may end when delivery begins only after your active consent to immediate delivery, acknowledgement of the loss of that right and a contract confirmation. Without these, normal withdrawal rights remain even after downloading. Logging in alone does not remove that right. This consent does not automatically cover the ongoing platform service in the annual add-on. Previous purchases keep their original terms. See Exhale Start.
Defects and disputes
Withdrawal is separate from your right to complain about defects. Contact support and describe the issue; correction, price reduction or refund is handled under applicable consumer law. For a valid withdrawal we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving notice. Your bank may need additional time to display it. You can give clear withdrawal notice by email; using a particular form is not required.
The short version
You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the paid period ends. Cancellation and withdrawal are different. Loss of withdrawal rights for digital content requires express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation; a download alone is insufficient. If those requirements are not met, normal withdrawal rights apply. Rights relating to defective content remain unaffected.
Right of withdrawal
Under Swedish and EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, the right can end once delivery has begun, but only after your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost.
We can only apply the digital-content exception when we can demonstrate express consent to immediate delivery, acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights and contract confirmation. If any requirement is missing, downloading alone does not remove the right. Mandatory rights for ongoing digital services remain unaffected.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel from your account page at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and access continues until that period ends. We do not pro-rate part-used periods.
The lifetime plan is a one-off purchase. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
When we do refund
- You were charged after cancelling.
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- Access or downloads did not work and we could not fix it in reasonable time.
- The purchase was made without your authorisation.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing affects when the amount appears in your account.
Withdraw from the contract here
Sign in with the purchase email, choose the purchase and confirm your withdrawal notice. You receive a receipt as a text file to save. Withdrawal is separate from stopping the next subscription renewal. If you cannot access your account, contact support by email.

How to ask
Write to support@exhaleplr.com from the address you bought with, and say what happened. We answer within a few working days.
If we cannot agree, you may refer the matter to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
