Exhale Start is the combined name for Product Start and Launch. Content, price and usage rights remain unchanged. These terms apply only to Exhale Start (Product Start & Launch). ExhalePLR membership has separate terms.
Provider and contact
The product and delivery are provided by CALLIE VOX SL (NIF B05604376), trading as ExhalePLR, Fannalundsvägen 14, 749 43 Enköping, Sweden. Contact: support@exhaleplr.com. When checkout is available, the purchase is handled through Stripe Managed Payments, with Link shown as the merchant of record at checkout and on the receipt.
What you purchase
A ZIP archive with a local workspace: Product Compass, product builder, workbook, Reels & Stories Studio, launch package and Creator Day Planner. Includes three starter templates with a worksheet, filled example, CSV and instructions each; six Markdown worksheets; a complete product example and Start Here guide. This is a one-time purchase for USD 9 including applicable tax at Stripe checkout, not a subscription. The final price appears before payment. PLR/MRR rights, AI services, automatic publishing and guaranteed business results are not included.
Delivery and technical requirements
After confirmed payment, sign in to the Exhale member portal using the purchase email. Open Exhale Start and download the ZIP, or use the purchase download link. You need a device that can open ZIP files, a text editor for Markdown and a modern JavaScript browser for HTML tools. Start on a computer; opening local HTML on mobile has not been verified. Tools can run locally without an account. Contact us if a link or file does not work.
Usage rights
You may use and adapt the worksheets in your business and completed projects for your clients. You may sell your own adapted product created with the worksheets. You may not sell, share or publish the original files or apps as your own product or file collection. Full usage information accompanies the archive. Nothing here extends rights to other ExhalePLR products.
Withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. If you actively request immediate delivery at checkout and expressly acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal for the Start package's digital content, that right may end when delivery begins, provided you also receive contract confirmation. If any requirement is missing, the normal right remains even after download. Signing in alone does not remove it. Earlier purchases retain their original terms. Email support@exhaleplr.com from your purchase email stating that you wish to withdraw. Refunds use the original payment method. Your statutory rights regarding defective digital content are unaffected.
A valid withdrawal request is refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of receipt. Rights concerning defects are separate from withdrawal. Describe the problem to support; correction, price reduction or refund is handled under applicable consumer law. If we cannot agree, you may contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
Withdraw from the agreement in the member portal. Select the purchase and confirm; save the receipt as a text file.

Launch and optional library add-on
Launch is included in the USD 9 starter kit. You may use its original templates to create and sell your own adapted product. The apps and original package may not be resold. You are responsible for content, external material and your publishing.
The library add-on costs USD 29 extra and grants one year of access from payment. It is an annual subscription renewing at USD 29 per year until cancelled. Start is a separate one-time purchase. Cancel through the member portal or Link; library access continues until the paid period ends. A reminder email is sent seven days before renewal. Each file's individual licence applies. Start with the add-on totals USD 38; applicable tax is included at Stripe checkout. Consent for Start does not automatically apply to the ongoing platform service in the annual add-on. Mandatory withdrawal rights for the service are assessed separately, and statutory defect rights always apply under applicable law.
